Items are shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for any damages or lost packages once the item has been received by USPS. Any claims of the sort must be filled with shipping carrier. Due to slower shipping times due to impacts from COVID, please be mindful when ordering. Shipping times are only an estimate. They are not guaranteed unless overnight guaranteed shipping has been chosen at an additional cost.
